lahoria murder accused files 11th bail plea

January 31,2014Mumbai: Suresh Bijlani, prime accused in the Navi Mumbai builder Sunil Lahoria murder case, has filed a bail application in the Supreme Court. This is the 11th time Bijlani has applied for bail. The SC rejected his pleas thrice earlier. While the SC will hear the matter on Friday, Lahoria’s son Sandeep has filed an intervention application, opposing the bail plea. The crime branch will also oppose it saying if freed, Bijlani might threaten witnesses. “We are yet to arrest two accused, Mahesh Bijlani and Anuragh Garg,” an officer said.
